Our Story

In the wake of the past several years, more people than ever before are opening up about their emotional health, questioning the direction of their lives and walking away from organized religion. This is especially true for those in and around the music industry. Often the realities of the industry leave creatives exhausted, jaded and dejected. We want to change that by helping creatives build a fruitful and abundant life.

  • I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended to heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

  • We are a part of Resonate Global, the City Church Network and the Onward Family of Churches in Nashville Tennessee.

    We also have affinities with the broader Christian communions in Nashville and around the world.

  • As a non-profit organization with bi-vocational leadership, we are funded by private tax-deductible donations and personal revenue streams (“tent making”) so that we can offer our communities and cohorts free of charge.

  • You can help through prayer, private donations, or considering organizing a community or cohort of your own. We also have a need for cabins, beach houses, or lake houses to host our cohort retreats. If you would be willing to let us use such a facility please email phil@realitynash.com.
